Women’s Empowerment

House of Hope sees the importance of awareness and participation of women in their community economically, politically and socially. They work to provide awareness through educational programs and by providing a safe space for Palestinian women to express themselves and share with one another while working on skill building.

”We know that women work hard and act courageously to raise their children under difficult circumstances. I believe that every woman can learn about the power of non-violence and begin to implement that within their lives.”

Co-Founder Manar Wahhab Vosgueritchian

House of Hope offers educational workshops, as well as a vocational training program with computer and secretarial training courses. Through these community efforts, House of Hope helps improve participants’ skills and knowledge, and helps women & youth gain a more positive outlook for their future.
